Our work with insurance regulators has included the full spectrum of regulatory issues, from actuary loss projections and new business projections to rate and compliance issues.
Stuart Law has over 15 years of experience in defending North Carolina workers’ compensation insurance claims. Our attorneys appear frequently before the North Carolina Industrial Commission and approach claims work with the goal of ending the client’s financial exposure for the claim as quickly and as cost-effectively as possible.
